Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-volume automobile dealership. The role involves managing sales performance, customer experience, inventory control, and team leadership to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage showroom operations, sales targets, and profitability
• Lead and train sales, service, and support teams
• Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and regional management
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotional activities

Requirements:
• 8–12 years of experience in automobile retail management
• Strong leadership and dealership operations knowledge
• Experience with premium or mass-market automobile brands
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
• Strong negotiation and reporting skills

Salary Range:
AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month + incentives
